Register for a drop, get checked in, follow the schedule and live scores, and understand withdrawing (and how club-run sessions register differently).
A drop is a pickup or tournament play session run on the tournament engine (rounds, courts, live scoring, standings). Clubs also run their own bookable sessions and events, which register a little differently, covered further down.
Open drops that aren't tied to a club or a hosted tournament licence are listed on the Play page.
Important
Drops don't have a waitlist. Once a drop reaches its player cap it's marked full and further join attempts are rejected outright, rather than queued.
You'll get a confirmation email with the drop's location and time, and its payment status if the drop has a price attached.
At the venue, a host or staff member scans your QR code to check you in; you don't check yourself in. Your personal code lives on the My QR Code page. Keep it private and only show it to event staff.
The drop's page shows the current round, which court you're on, and standings as they update.
Important
There's no self-serve withdraw button for a drop. If your plans change, contact the host or club admin so they can remove you.
If a club runs a bookable session or event with a fixed capacity, registering works differently from a drop:
Note
Cancelling your own club-event registration does not automatically refund or credit you: it just cancels your spot. See Credits and Refunds for how refunds actually get issued.
